What makes a chain?

OK NEW RULE

I think we have to decide what makes a chain.

Of course if there are two or more of a restaurant it is a chain.

Here is the exception - if there are only two and the only other one is in Las Vegas it really can not be considered a chain. I mean almost every good restaurant would be a chain then.

I might also make a rule it has to be owned by a corporation, not sure about that yet.

What makes a chain is a restaurant that you can eat at in more than one city or location. Chain - a number of similar establishments, as banks, theaters, or hotels, under one ownership or management (not necessarily corp. management).

It also has to have flashy decor!
